# Content & Inbound

> Use LinkedIn and practical content to demonstrate expertise, create familiarity and support sales conversations.

Content should make a buyer more confident in your judgment. It does not need to make you an influencer.

## Build four content pillars

### 1. Teach

Explain a useful concept in the language of the buyer.

Examples:

* how to decide whether a workflow needs AI or simple automation;
* how to estimate capacity value without pretending every hour saved becomes cash;
* why leadership interviews alone create a distorted process view.

### 2. Show your point of view

Take a defensible position.

> Most SME AI strategies should begin with one operational workflow, not a company-wide catalogue of use cases.

### 3. Show evidence and examples

Share anonymised patterns, worked examples and before/after workflows.

### 4. Show the consulting process

Explain how you scope, diagnose, validate and prioritise. Buyers often need confidence in the method as much as the technology.

## A simple LinkedIn profile structure

**Headline:** buyer + problem + outcome.

**About:** who you work with, what problem you solve, your method, proof and next step.

**Featured:** methodology, case study, diagnostic offer or useful resource.

## Posting rhythm

Consistency matters more than an arbitrary daily target. A realistic founder cadence might be 2–4 useful posts per week plus thoughtful comments on relevant buyer and partner content.

## Content-to-pipeline loop

1. Publish something specific.
2. Engage with relevant people.
3. Notice who responds or has the problem.
4. Start a contextual conversation.
5. Feed real sales objections back into future content.

## Avoid generic AI content

Do not publish endless lists such as “10 AI tools that will transform your business.” Buyers can generate those themselves. Publish material that shows how you think about their business.

## 30-day starter plan

* Week 1: improve profile and publish your methodology.
* Week 2: publish two problem breakdowns and one practical framework.
* Week 3: publish an anonymised or illustrative case and one contrarian lesson.
* Week 4: publish an offer-focused post and invite relevant conversations.

Track conversations and qualified opportunities, not impressions alone.
