# Interview Quality

> Assess whether stakeholder evidence is concrete, representative and sufficient for diagnostic synthesis.

Use a simple quality review after each interview.

## Coverage

Did the evidence explain the workflow from trigger to outcome?

## Specificity

Look for examples such as:

* “I copy the customer reference from email into Salesforce”

rather than:

* “There is lots of admin.”

## Decisions

Were judgment points and approval rules explained?

## Exceptions

Did the participant describe what happens when the normal path fails?

## Quantification

Where possible, capture approximate volume, frequency or time without forcing false precision.

## Contradictions

Flag disagreement rather than smoothing it away. Different accounts may reveal process variants, inconsistent policy or role-specific reality.

## Breadth

A session that contains excellent detail about one task but ignores the rest of the process may still be insufficient.

## Follow-up rule

Use targeted follow-up only when the missing information could materially change a finding or recommendation.
