# Reports & Presentation

> Turn Iris evidence into a consultant-owned executive story rather than presenting raw product output as the final deliverable.

The final deliverable should answer:

1. What did we find?
2. Why does it matter?
3. What should the client do next?

## Recommended report structure

* executive summary;
* scope and evidence base;
* current-state process;
* material findings;
* opportunity backlog;
* prioritisation;
* expected-value case;
* roadmap;
* risks and dependencies;
* recommended first project.

## Use Iris as evidence

Relevant maps, interview evidence, observations and analyses can support the narrative. The consultant should decide what belongs in the executive story.

## Do not export everything

A useful deliverable is selective. Detailed evidence belongs in appendices where appropriate.
