## Does Prescient Labs have a security certification?

Prescient Labs has achieved Cyber Essentials Plus.

## How are employee interviews handled?

Participant communication and appropriate consent are part of the engagement workflow. Screen observation is consent-based.

## Does the consultant still review outputs?

Yes. Iris supports evidence capture and analysis; consultants remain responsible for validation and professional judgment.

## What about retention, deletion and subprocessors?
