# Learning Paths

> Choose a practical learning path based on the commercial outcome you need next.

You do not need to complete the Resource Hub in sequence. Choose the path that matches the next result you need.

## Path 1 — Win your first client

1. Define your ICP and buyer.
2. Choose a painful problem you can credibly address.
3. Package a paid diagnostic.
4. Build a minimum proof stack.
5. Activate your warm network.
6. Run problem-first outreach.
7. Conduct discovery.
8. Qualify the opportunity.
9. Send a short, scoped proposal.

**Outcome:** a clear offer, active pipeline and first paid diagnostic opportunity.

## Path 2 — Run your first diagnostic

1. Agree the business question and scope.
2. Select stakeholders across leadership, process ownership and frontline work.
3. Capture evidence using the appropriate Iris workflow.
4. Build the current-state understanding.
5. Validate contradictions and assumptions.
6. Identify improvement opportunities.
7. Prioritise by impact, feasibility, risk and time to value.
8. Build a commercial case.
9. Present recommendations and the first implementation step.

**Outcome:** a defensible recommendation package that naturally creates follow-on work.

## Path 3 — Improve sales conversion

1. Revisit positioning.
2. Strengthen discovery.
3. Quantify business impact earlier.
4. Disqualify weak opportunities.
5. Demonstrate Iris only after the problem is clear.
6. Present a tightly scoped diagnostic with a decision date.

## Path 4 — Grow beyond one-off projects

1. Standardise your diagnostic.
2. Build reusable templates and delivery checklists.
3. Turn recommendations into an implementation backlog.
4. Create expansion and retainer offers.
5. Track pipeline, margin, repeat work and referrals.

## 30 / 60 / 90 day launch plan

**Days 1–30:** choose ICP, offer and positioning; update LinkedIn; map your network; create one sample diagnostic and proposal; begin outreach.

**Days 31–60:** run meetings; close and deliver the first diagnostic; capture objections; improve your offer; ask for referrals; begin producing evidence-led content.

**Days 61–90:** convert diagnostic findings into implementation work; create a case study; establish partner capacity; test a recurring service; document your repeatable sales-to-delivery process.

<Tip>
Measure progress by conversations, qualified opportunities, paid diagnostics and implementation conversions—not by how much content you have consumed.
