# Diagnostic Report Template

> Structure a diagnostic deliverable around evidence, implications and decisions rather than a long narrative.

## Executive summary

* What we recommend doing first

## 1. Business question and scope

State the process boundary, teams, evidence sources and exclusions.

## 2. Current state

Show the workflow and the minimum evidence necessary to understand it.

## 3. Key findings

For each finding:

**Consequence:** \[cost, delay, risk, capacity, customer effect]
